Elana Hazghia is an independent growth, partnerships & social impact consultant, with over 13 years of experience helping companies, social enterprises and NGOs grow globally while creating tangible impact. She’s worked with these organizations to think strategically about the presence they want to create in the world, in new countries or sectors. Elana has designed and implemented programs and strategies in health, women’s empowerment, education, and community investment across Latin America, North America, Africa and India. She has worked in or with companies including bfree cup, esgEvolution, Global Affairs Canada, Aravis Global, impakt, Lucky Iron Fish Enterprise, Fio Corporation, and Council of the Americas. Elana is a mother of three, and studied International Affairs and Spanish at Skidmore College.
